Voor wie

Wij leveren uitsluitend aan bedrijven: parfumerieën, drogisterijen, webshops, marketplace-verkopers (bol, Amazon, eBay), kappers en beautysalons. Bij je eerste bestelling vragen we een KVK- of ander handelsregisternummer; voor EU-klanten buiten Nederland ook een geldig BTW-nummer.

Prijzen

  • Alle prijzen op de site zijn groothandelsprijzen in euro, exclusief BTW en exclusief verzendkosten.
  • Prijzen en voorraad worden dagelijks bijgewerkt; de prijs op je proforma-factuur is bindend voor die order.
  • De getoonde adviesprijs is de consumentenadviesprijs van de fabrikant, ter indicatie van je marge.

Minimum orderwaarde

De minimum orderwaarde is € 500 excl. BTW. Er geldt geen minimum per artikel: je kunt van elke geur één stuk bestellen zolang het ordertotaal boven de € 500 ligt.

Bestellen, factuur en betaling

  1. Je plaatst je bestelling online en ontvangt direct een proforma-factuur als PDF.
  2. Wij controleren voorraad en bedrijfsgegevens en bevestigen de order, meestal binnen één werkdag.
  3. Je ontvangt per e-mail een betaallink (iDEAL, bankoverschrijving of creditcard). De link is 7 dagen geldig; daarna vervalt de reservering.
  4. Na ontvangst van de betaling krijg je de definitieve factuur en wordt de order verzonden.

Levering op rekening (betaaltermijn) is mogelijk voor vaste klanten na een aantal succesvolle orders; neem hiervoor contact op.

BTW

  • Nederlandse bedrijven: 21% BTW.
  • EU-bedrijven buiten Nederland met geldig BTW-nummer: BTW verlegd (0%, intracommunautaire levering). Het BTW-nummer wordt gecontroleerd via VIES.
  • Buiten de EU: 0% (export); invoerrechten en lokale BTW zijn voor de ontvanger.

Verzending

  • Verzending vanuit Lemiers (NL) met track & trace via DHL/DPD/UPS, verzekerd.
  • Nederland: € 9.95, EU: vanaf € 24.95; gratis verzending vanaf € 1500 excl. BTW.
  • Levertijd na betaling: NL/BE 1–2 werkdagen, overige EU 2–5 werkdagen. Pallets op aanvraag.

Retouren en garantie

Alle producten zijn origineel, nieuw en gesealed. Controleer je zending bij ontvangst en meld schade of afwijkingen binnen 48 uur met foto's. Aangebroken of beschadigde verpakkingen nemen we niet retour; verkeerd geleverde of beschadigde artikelen vervangen of crediteren we uiteraard.

Doorverkoop op marketplaces

Je mag onze producten doorverkopen via je eigen winkel, webshop en marketplaces. Houd je aan de merkrichtlijnen van de fabrikant en gebruik geen beeldmateriaal van Amare Cosmetics zonder toestemming.

Who we supply

We sell to businesses only: perfumeries, drugstores, webshops, marketplace sellers (bol, Amazon, eBay), hairdressers and beauty salons. With your first order we ask for a company registration number; EU customers outside the Netherlands also need a valid VAT ID.

Prices

  • All prices on the site are wholesale prices in euro, excluding VAT and excluding shipping.
  • Prices and stock are updated daily; the price on your pro forma invoice is binding for that order.
  • The RRP shown is the manufacturer's consumer price, as an indication of your margin.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is € 500 excl. VAT. There is no minimum per item: you can order a single unit of any fragrance as long as the order total exceeds € 500.

Ordering, invoicing and payment

  1. You place your order online and immediately receive a pro forma invoice as a PDF.
  2. We verify stock and company details and confirm the order, usually within one working day.
  3. You receive a payment link by e-mail (iDEAL, bank transfer or credit card). The link is valid for 7 days; after that the reservation expires.
  4. Once payment is received you get the final invoice and the order ships.

Payment on account (credit terms) is available to regular customers after a number of successful orders; please get in touch.

VAT

  • Dutch companies: 21% VAT.
  • EU companies outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT ID: VAT reverse-charged (0%, intra-community supply). VAT IDs are checked through VIES.
  • Outside the EU: 0% (export); import duties and local VAT are for the recipient.

Shipping

  • Shipped from Lemiers (NL) with tracking via DHL/DPD/UPS, insured.
  • Netherlands: € 9.95, EU: from € 24.95; free shipping from € 1500 excl. VAT.
  • Delivery after payment: NL/BE 1–2 working days, rest of EU 2–5 working days. Pallet shipments on request.

Returns and warranty

All products are original, new and sealed. Check your shipment on arrival and report damage or discrepancies within 48 hours with photos. We do not accept returns of opened or damaged packaging; wrongly delivered or damaged items are of course replaced or credited.

Reselling on marketplaces

You may resell our products through your own store, webshop and marketplaces. Follow the manufacturer's brand guidelines and do not use Amare Cosmetics imagery without permission.
